If Not Now, When?

Hola!

As most of you know I am here in Costa Rica and am currently working on an exciting project and operating retreats & workshops. Having had my life organically bring me in the direction of healing and life transformation, I am beyond grateful for all the ups and downs I have experienced for I would be unable to work in this capacity if it were not for life experiences - particularly the experiences that are looked upon as set backs or negative. When we experience adversity and difficult times - this is where the strength and courage of vulnerability is found. Only through vulnerability can one truly heal, move forward and find the magic on the other side.

So...as 2018 comes to an end, I have had much time here to lay in my hammock and ponder...reflect, and transform even more.

My question is this - what is it that holds you back?

What is it that instils fear within you and holds you back from actually doing what you want and being fulfilled?

On my retreats there is a test that I do with everyone and it actually shows you where you are at in life and did you know that everyone does not place happiness as their number one goal? It is typically security, stability; to be able to live a happy life and have enough money...what does this tell you?

How many of you are not happy in your jobs, in your relationships, where you live geographically?

So, again the question is - what is it that holds you back?

For most of us it is fear, would you agree? I know first hand because before I did the work on myself, I convinced myself of many things. We tend to tell ourselves a story, create a dialogue so our programming is such that we have actually convinced ourselves of untruths so that we can remain in our fear-based world and not listen to our inner wisdom.

When we understand how we are operating and how we have been programmed, this gives us the power for change. This is where we must trust in the process, do the work and allow life to flow through us rather than to try and control it for we can only control two things: our thoughts and our actions!

So, I leave you again with the same question - what is it that holds you back?

If you are looking to heal, grow or move forward then I encourage you to find somebody who can assist you in reaching your goals. It is obvious that I would love it to be me but either way - find someone you trust and someone who has had life experience because life is not perfect and we are not designed for perfection - we are designed for transformation!
